    — Host CTOs At Work Podcast Series

I am a creative technologist and have spent more than a decade in building product & technologies in India and US, but back in 2010 a serendipitous event inspired me to get into entrepreneurship and since then I am playing my role as Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of my startup CareerGuide.com, and I am loving it! I feel there is nothing greater than building product, technology, people & process which help millions of students in making a right career decision.

During my journey as a startup CTO I felt passionate about building awesome product, technology & tech teams. Before startup life, I held IT consultant position with Crawford & Company based in Atlanta Georgia – USA, which is the world’s largest claims management solutions company, and before that I worked as a Sr. Software Engineer with CSC India (now DXC Technology). I have implemented and managed several geographically distributed product development groups with a multi-national fortune 500 companies.

With this podcast interview series, I speak to technology leaders from all across the world and learn from them how they build and manage world class technology, product, people and processes.
